Our Caregivers
Caregivers partnered with Nurturing Needs are independent contractors, not employees of Nurturing Needs LLC. Each caregiver:
- Maintains their own independent caregiving practice
- Determines their availability and accepts care requests voluntarily
- May provide services to other families or organizations
- Is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and professional requirements
Nurturing Needs LLC does not control the methods or manner in which care is provided. Our role is to support successful matches and ongoing communication between families and caregivers.
